ACE Monroeville Program

The Master of Arts in
Adult and Community Education (ACE) can be completed at the IUP Monroeville
Graduate and Professional Center. The center is located at:

Graduate programs offered at the IUP Monroeville Graduate and Professional Center are administered by the School of Graduate Studies and Research".
The Monroeville program is operated on a cohort basis. A new cohort begins every other year. The next cohort is scheduled to start in September, 2005. Courses are arranged so that a cohort of students can complete the entire master’s program in two years by taking two courses per semester for six consecutive semesters. The cycle of courses for the non-thesis option for the current cohort is outlined below.

* Students wishing to complete a thesis would substitute ACE 850, Thesis, for one of the two electives and are not required to complete the comprehensive examination.
