PROGRAM POLICIES

The Policies of the International Student Teaching Program are:

Preference is given to students who submit application materials one year before they student teach.

 

Interview for tentative acceptance is completed two semesters prior to student teaching.

 

Study Abroad Fee is submitted before International Student Teaching assignment is made.

 

Participation in International Student Teaching orientation is required.

 

The Study Abroad Fee is not refundable in the case of withdrawal unless the reason complies with university exception policy.

If the university cannot place a student or decides the student does not meet acceptance criteria, the Study Abroad Fee is refunded.

The university makes all international arrangements, including the appropriate international student teaching assignments and living arrangements.
