Chalk on the Walk

What is Chalk on the Walk?  Well, COTW is an opportunity for the Indiana community to talk about issues, enjoy the sun, and win some prizes!  COTW runs all day, so students can work on their chalk squares in between their classes.  Each person reserves a square and then receives a bucket of chalk.  They can then chalk anything they want (within reason).   Most students focus on Social or Political Issues.
