Inserting Images
1. Place your cursor in the spot you want your image located.
| 2. Click on Insert on the menu bar and scroll down to image: | ![]() |
3. Next a window will appear where you have to show the computer where the image is located:

4. To choose an image you have saved on a disk or the hard drive, you must first click on the folder with the magnifying glass, located in the bottom right hand corner. |

5. The Select File box will appear. From here choose the
location of the image by using the Look in box. Once you have found the location, you may need to change the file type. Do this by clicking on the File of type box. Select the proper file type. For example, a photograph would probably be a GIF or JPEG. Once you have found the image, click on it and click 'OK.' The image will now be located where your cursor was |

1. Click on Insert on the menu bar. Scroll down to Active Elements. Next, scroll to Video. |

2. Next, your video is probably on a disc or the hard drive. You must click on the button shown on the left. |

3. Now, choose the location of the file and the file. You may
need to change the file type to .avi. This can be done by clicking
on the File Type bar. The Video will be placed where your cursor was. |
